We’re particularly interested in established, founder-led service businesses with strong people, resilient demand and opportunities to professionalize and grow. Our investment structures are flexible because every business—and every entrepreneur—is different.

Experience when it matters.
We work directly with owners and leadership teams in strategy and value creation, growth planning, operational improvement, management structure, KPI development, acquisition strategy, acquisition integration, capital allocation, and business transition and succession. The objective isn’t another report. It’s better decisions and measurable progress.
