Nate Weiland is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with extensive experience building, acquiring, and scaling businesses. After founding a waste business in 2009, Nate helped build the company into a market leader before co-founding a roll up of waste businesses in 2022.
Through an aggressive acquisition and growth strategy, the platform completed 12 acquisitions across Canada and the United States and grew to more than $90 million in revenue. Nate’s experience spans M&A, operational integration, strategy, capital allocation, and business optimization. He has worked closely with private equity firms, family offices, and entrepreneurs to evaluate investments, structure transactions, and build stronger, more valuable businesses.

Matt Weir brings deep experience in business valuation, corporate finance and M&A, advising entrepreneurs through acquisitions, financing, growth and business transitions.
His background spans business valuation and corporate finance, with transaction experience ranging from $3 million to $150 million. Matt has led financial analysis, deal structuring, financing and negotiations while working closely with business owners, lenders, private equity firms and strategic buyers.
